Insurance Defense

Insurance defense litigation in one of the principal areas of practice of the firm. Robert C. Riter earlier completed service on the Board of Directors for the Defense Research Institute, which is a group of approximately 21,000 attorneys practicing principally in the area of defending claims.

The firm has for many years represented a variety of insurance clients both in state and federal courts, including defense of personally injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims.
