Estate planning services include such basics as drafting Trusts, Will, Living Wills and Durable Power of Attorney to more complex plans to assist clients in realizing their estate planning objectives. Such objectives may include minimizing Federal estate taxes, providing for the orderly transition of a family business or farm, providing for the needs of children and grandchildren, planning for disability, and otherwise assisting clients with all their estate planning needs.

The firm has also been active in assisting families after a client’s death with the orderly administration of all estate probate or non-probate proceedings, including post-mortem planning and trust administration.
