Darla Pollman Rogers served as Sully County State’s Attorney from 1981 to 1997, and Lindsey Riter-Rapp spent five years as an attorney at the Public Defender’s Office in Rapid City, South Dakota. In addition to having been responsible for prosecuting crimes on behalf of the State of South Dakota, Darla and Lindsey have also defended numerous clients charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes in the state and federal court systems in South Dakota.
